HOW THE MACHINE WORKS :

This small machine can be fit up quickly on all thermoforming machines. Compressed air is the only power supply : a pneumatic jack controls drive and cutting of the selvage. This jack is equiped with pneumatic magnetic detectors and it drives a backward and forward motion.

Synchronization with the machine : a balance weight fitted on a ball slipper guide holds the selvage in position during the power feed on the machine. When the balance weight is going down along the slipper guide, it engages a end of stroke that drive backward and forward motion.

At the foot of the slipper guide an other end of stoke stops the working cycle if the selvage is broken or jammed. The selvage pieces are collected in a cone straight to the a dustbin or by means of centralization in a container.

SWITCHING ON THE MACHINE :


Fixing on the system.	Installation of the cutting system of selvage.	Raise the balance weight : the selvage goes forward.	Lower the balance weight to engage the selvage in the guide rollers.	The system is ready to run.

LOADING SYSTEM FOR LARGE CAPACITY REELS 'JUMBO'

'JUMBO' SYSTEM IS MADE UP OF TWO PARTS :

A) THE MOVING PART TO CARRY THE REEL :

The reel holder could have the dimensions of a current ou a europeen pallet, it depends of the reel diameter :

The reel is directly set on the reel holder without handling system.

The reel holder is carried to the machine with a fork-lift truck.

The jumbo system is delivered with two reel holders : so the reel could be changed during the working of the thermoforming machine.
